4 oz prosciutto, thinly sliced

1 cup baby arugula

Zest of 1 lemon

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, ensure it is placed in the oven to heat up as well.

    Prepare the Pizza Dough: On a lightly floured surface, stretch or roll out the pizza dough into a round shape, about 12 inches in diameter. Transfer to a pizza peel or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

      Make the White Sauce: In a small bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, thyme, and red pepper flakes. Mix well until smooth.
