Ingredients

1 box of Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes (6 cakes)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 ½ cups white chocolate chips

1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional for thinning chocolate)

Green edible glitter or sprinkles (for decoration)

Red and green candy melts (optional for drizzling)

Instructions

Crush the Cakes: Begin by removing the plastic wrapper from the Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes. Place the cakes in a large mixing bowl and crumble them into fine pieces using your hands or a fork.

Mix with Cream Cheese: Add the softened cream cheese and vanilla extract to the bowl with the crumbled cakes. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth. You can use a hand mixer or just mix by hand.

Chill the Mixture: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes. This will make it easier to shape into truffles.

Shape the Truffles: Once chilled, scoop out about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball between your palms. Place the truffles on a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Repeat until all the mixture is used (you should get around 20-24 truffles).

Melt the White Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using). Heat in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.

Dip the Truffles: Using a fork, dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate, coating it evenly. Allow the excess chocolate to drip off before placing the truffle back on the wax paper.

Add Decorations: While the white chocolate coating is still wet, sprinkle the truffles with green edible glitter or sprinkles for a festive touch. If using red and green candy melts, melt them separately and drizzle over the coated truffles for an extra pop of color.

Set the Truffles: Once all truffles are dipped and decorated, place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.

Serve and Enjoy: Once set, the truffles are ready to be enjoyed! Serve on a festive plate or box them up as homemade gifts for friends and family.

Prep Time: 25 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour 30 minutes | Servings: 20-24 truffles
