1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Preparation of Brussels Sprouts: Start by preheating your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). While it’s heating, rinse the Brussels sprouts and trim the stems. Cut them in half to ensure even cooking.

    Seasoning: In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until the sprouts are evenly coated.

      Air Frying: Place the seasoned Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook them for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure they cook evenly and become crispy.

        Saucing: Once the Brussels sprouts are golden brown and crispy, remove them from the air fryer. In a small bowl, mix the sweet chili sauce and soy sauce. Drizzle this mixture over the cooked sprouts and toss gently to coat.

          Garnishing: Sprinkle the sesame seeds and sliced green onions over the sauced Brussels sprouts for an added crunch and flavor.
