1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) instant yeast

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

1/2 cup milk, warmed

1/2 cup water, warmed

1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 large eggs

For the Strawberry Filling:

1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon lemon juice

For the Cheesecake Filling:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup heavy cream

For the Cream Cheese Glaze:

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

2-3 tablespoons milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Prepare the Dough:

    - In a large mixing bowl, combine the warm milk, warm water, and melted butter. Stir in the sugar, salt, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.

      - Add the eggs and mix well.

        - Gradually add the flour and cinnamon, mixing until a soft dough forms. Knead for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.

          - Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

            Make the Strawberry Filling:

              - In a small saucepan, combine chopped strawberries, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and lemon juice.

                - Cook over medium heat until the strawberries break down and the mixture thickens, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside to cool.

                  Make the Cheesecake Filling:

                    - In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream, and continue to mix until creamy. Set aside.

                      Roll the Dough:

                        - Once the dough has risen, punch it down and turn it out onto a floured surface.

                          - Roll the dough into a rectangle (about 16x12 inches), roughly 1/4 inch thick.

                            Assemble the Rolls:

                              - Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the dough.

                                - Spoon the cooled strawberry filling over the cheesecake layer, spreading it gently.

                                  - Starting from one long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log. Pinch the edges to seal.

                                    Cut the Rolls:

                                      - Cut the log into 12 equal pieces. Place them in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, cut side up.

                                        - Cover and let rise for about 30 minutes until puffy.

                                          Bake:

                                            - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

                                              - Bake the rolls for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

                                                Make the Cream Cheese Glaze:

                                                  - In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with powdered sugar. Add milk gradually until you reach a drizzling consistency, then stir in vanilla extract.

                                                    Serve:

                                                      - Once the rolls are out of the oven, let them cool for about 10 minutes. Drizzle the cream cheese glaze over the warm rolls and serve immediately.
