1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon ginger, grated

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)

1 cup steamed broccoli florets

1/2 cup diced bell peppers (any color)

2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions
 

In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, sriracha, minced garlic, grated ginger, paprika, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp in a single layer, cooking for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

      In the same skillet, pour in the honey garlic sauce mixture. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.

        Add the shrimp back into the skillet, coating them with the sauce. Cook for an additional minute to ensure they're heated through and well glazed with the sauce.

          To assemble your bowls, start with a base of cooked rice, then top with shrimp, steamed broccoli, and diced bell peppers.

            Garnish with sliced green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds before serving. Enjoy your flavorful dinner!
