  • 2 cups fresh soursop pulp remove seeds and scoop flesh
  • 1 cup cold water adjust for desired consistency
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice for added tanginess
  • 1/4 cup honey or to taste for sweetness
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract for enhanced flavor
  • 1 cup crushed ice to chill the drink
  • 1 pinch sea salt to enhance sweetness
  • 1 fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Begin by preparing the soursop pulp, ensuring all seeds are removed and the flesh is scooped out. Place the pulp in a blender.
  • Add the cold water, fresh lime juice, honey, and vanilla extract to the blender with the soursop pulp. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if desired. If the juice is too thick, add a bit more water to reach your preferred consistency.
  • Once blended, add the crushed ice to the blender and pulse a few times to incorporate the ice, making the drink cold and refreshing.
  • Pour the soursop juice into glasses, and add a pinch of sea salt on top to enhance the flavors. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a touch of elegance.
