This sizzling garlic pork bites: a flavorful culinary adventure is a simple dinner recipe made with everyday ingredients. Perfect for busy days and family meals.

Ingredients

1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 tablespoons olive oil

6 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 bell pepper (red or yellow), diced

4 green onions, chopped

Fresh cilantro for garnish

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

Marinate the Pork: In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Add the pork pieces and mix well. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for more flavor).

Heat the Oil: In a large non-stick skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking.

Cook the Pork: Add the marinated pork, reserving the marinade for later use. Sear the pork bites on all sides until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Add Vegetables: Once the pork is cooked, add the diced bell pepper to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the bell peppers are just tender.

Glaze the Pork: Pour the reserved marinade over the pork and vegetables. Let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes to create a delicious glaze, stirring occasionally to ensure even coating.

Finish and Garnish: Remove from heat. Sprinkle the chopped green onions and fresh cilantro over the pork bites for added freshness.

Serve: Serve the sizzling garlic pork bites immediately over cooked rice or noodles, allowing the delicious sauce to soak into the grains or noodles.
