2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for heat preference)

Salt and pepper to taste

8 small corn tortillas

1 cup red cabbage, shredded

1 avocado, sliced

1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

Optional: crumbled feta cheese or a yogurt-based sauce for topping

Marinate the Shrimp: In a bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Toss until the shrimp are well-coated. Let marinate for about 10-15 minutes for maximum flavor.

    Prepare the Tacos: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated shrimp in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side or until shrimp turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat.
