For the Dough:

3 ½ cups all-purpose flour

¼ cup granulated sugar

1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) instant yeast

1 tsp salt

½ cup whole milk, warmed

½ cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled

2 large eggs

For the Peach Filling:

2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and diced (or canned peaches, drained and chopped)

½ cup brown sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

For the Cinnamon Sugar:

½ cup granulated sugar

2 tsp ground cinnamon

¼ cup unsalted butter, softened

For the Glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar

2-3 tbsp milk

½ tsp vanilla extract

Prepare the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, instant yeast, and salt. Add warm milk, melted butter, and eggs. Mix until a soft dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

    Make the Peach Filling: In a medium bowl, combine diced peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and cornstarch until well mixed. Set aside.

      Roll Out the Dough: After the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface into a rectangle about 16x20 inches.

        Spread the Cinnamon Sugar Mixture: In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Spread the softened butter over the rolled-out dough and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly on top.

          Add the Peach Filling: Spoon the peach filling evenly over the cinnamon sugar layer.

            Roll and Cut: Starting from one long side, tightly roll the dough into a log. Cut into 12 equal rolls using a knife or dental floss for a clean cut.

              Second Rise: Place the rolls in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover and let them rise for an additional 30-45 minutes until puffed.

                Bake: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

                  Prepare the Glaze: While the rolls are baking, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla in a small bowl until smooth.

                    Glaze and Serve: Remove the rolls from the oven and let them cool slightly. Drizzle the glaze over the warm rolls before serving.
