1 package of Oreo cookies (14.3 oz)

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

2 tbsp butter, melted

4 pre-made waffle cups (store-bought or homemade)

Extra Oreo cookie crumbs for topping

Whipped cream for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Oreo Crust:

    - In a food processor, pulse the Oreo cookies until finely crushed.

      - Transfer the crushed cookies to a mixing bowl and stir in the melted butter until well combined.

        Form the Base:

          - Take about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and firmly press it into the bottom of each waffle cup to create a base. Set aside.

            Make the Cheesecake Filling:

              - In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy using a hand mixer.

                - Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined and smooth.

                  Whip the Cream:
