1 ½ cups chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

2 cups cream cheese, softened

1 cup Nutella

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

¼ cup chopped hazelnuts (for garnish)

Extra Nutella for drizzling (optional)

Prepare the Crust: In a food processor, pulse the chocolate sandwich cookies until they turn into fine crumbs. In a bowl, combine the cookie crumbs with the melted butter and mix well until the mixture resembles wet sand.

    Form the Crust: Press the cookie crumb mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Make sure to pack it tightly. Place the crust in the refrigerator to set while you prepare the filling.

      Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add Nutella, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to the bowl, then continue to mix until fully incorporated and smooth.

        Whip the Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture, being careful not to deflate it. The goal is to keep the mixture light and airy.
