Ingredients

1 cup brewed chai tea (strong)

1/2 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)

1/4 cup pumpkin puree

1 shot espresso (or 1/3 cup strong brewed coffee)

1 tablespoon brown sugar (or sweetener of choice)

1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (plus extra for garnish)

Ice cubes

Whipped cream (optional for topping)

Instructions

Brew the Chai: Start by brewing your chai tea. Use two bags for a stronger flavor. Let it steep for 5-7 minutes in 1 cup of hot water, then remove the bags and allow it to cool slightly.

Mix Pumpkin & Spices: In a separate bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix well until smooth and all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Prepare the Espresso: Brew a shot of espresso or make strong coffee if you prefer. Set it aside to cool.

Combine Ingredients: In a tall glass, add the pumpkin mixture first. Pour in the brewed chai tea followed by the milk and stir well to combine everything.

Add Espresso: Slowly pour the espresso on top of the mixture. This will create a layered effect, which is visually appealing.

Add Ice: Fill the glass with ice cubes to chill your drink thoroughly.

Final Touch: If desired, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of extra pumpkin pie spice for garnish.

Serve: Serve immediately with a straw, and enjoy this delicious fall-inspired beverage!
