Ingredients
  

3 cups cooked shredded chicken

1 cup sour cream

1 cup cream of chicken soup

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

1 cup crushed Ritz crackers

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon black pepper

Salt to taste

2 tablespoons fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

      Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter. Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.

        In a separate bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers and Parmesan cheese together. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.

          Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.

            Remove from the oven and let it sit for about 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
