4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

3 medium zucchinis, sliced into thin rounds

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 small red onion, sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup olive oil

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Juice of 1 lemon

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Chicken: In a large mixing bowl, season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and thyme. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.

      Prepare the Vegetables: In another bowl, combine the sliced zucchinis, red bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and minced garlic. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss until well mixed.

        Layer the Dish: In a large baking dish, place the seasoned chicken breasts in a single layer. Arrange the vegetable mixture around and on top of the chicken.

          Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, remove the foil, sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the top, and continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.

            Final Touch: Once cooked, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the dish for added flavor and garnish with chopped parsley.

              Serve: Serve warm and enjoy your healthy Mediterranean feast!
