  • 1 can lychee fruit in syrup drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup fresh lychee peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes for slushy texture
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon rose water for floral notes
  • 1 tablespoon mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the drained lychee fruit, fresh lychee, coconut water, simple syrup, lime juice, and rose water. Blend on high until smooth and well combined.
