  • 1 cup lychee juice preferably unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup rose syrup
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice for added acidity
  • 2 cups sparkling water for fizz
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon edible rose petals for garnish
  • 1 ice cubes as needed

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the chopped lychee fruit, lychee juice, rose syrup, and fresh lime juice. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  • Strain the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove any pulp, creating a smooth base for the mocktail.
  • Add sparkling water to the strained mixture, gently stirring to combine. Taste and adjust sweetness with more rose syrup if desired.
  • Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the mocktail mixture over the ice, and garnish with fresh mint leaves and edible rose petals.

Notes

Tip 1: For a stronger rose flavor, add more rose syrup gradually until desired taste is achieved.
