Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count or more)

1/4 cup melted butter

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.

Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook until the beef is browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat and remove from heat.

Make the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well until everything is evenly incorporated.

Prepare the Biscuits: Open the package of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each dough piece into a small disc in the palm of your hand.

Assemble the Bombs: Place a generous spoonful of the beef and cheese filling in the center of each biscuit disc. Carefully fold the edges over the filling and pinch them together to seal the burger bomb. Make sure there are no gaps.

Bake: Place the cheeseburger bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter for added flavor and a nice golden color.

Bake in Preheated Oven: Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Garnish and Serve: Once out of the oven, you can brush the tops with more melted butter if desired. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving. Let them cool slightly before serving them as delightful game day appetizers!
