1 package (10 oz) store-bought flatbread or naan

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup pepperoni slices

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons hot honey (store-bought or homemade)

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).

    Prepare the Flatbreads: Place the flatbreads on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush each flatbread with olive oil, evenly coating the surface.

      Spread the Ricotta: Using a spoon, dollop and spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the flatbreads, leaving a small border around the edges.

        Add Mozzarella: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the ricotta layer.

          Layer with Pepperoni: Distribute the pepperoni slices evenly over the cheese, ensuring to cover as much space as possible.

            Season: Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt, freshly cracked black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes over the entire surface for added flavor.

              Bake: Transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the edges of the flatbreads are golden brown.
