1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp baking soda

¼ tsp salt

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup sour cream

½ cup finely chopped fresh peaches

2 tbsp honey

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

3 cups powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp heavy cream

¼ cup finely chopped peaches (for garnish)

Drizzle of honey (for garnish)

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

    Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

      Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. This should take about 3-4 minutes.

        Add Eggs & Flavorings: Beat in the eggs, one at a time, and then add the vanilla extract and honey, mixing until combined.

          Combine Ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the sour cream. Begin and end with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.

            Fold in Peaches: Gently fold in the chopped fresh peaches until evenly distributed in the batter.

              Fill Cupcake Liners: Divide the batter evenly among the prepared cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.

                Bake Cupcakes: Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
