Ingredients

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons minced garlic (about 6 cloves)

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine the ranch dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to 8 hours for more flavor).

Prepare the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes to prevent burning.

Skewer the Chicken: Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even grilling.

Grill the Skewers: Brush the grill grates with olive oil to prevent sticking. Place the chicken skewers on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).

Serve: Remove the skewers from the grill, sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley, and serve with additional ranch dipping sauce if desired.

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour 22 minutes | Servings: 4 (approximately 4 skewers per serving)
