Ingredients

For the Pizza Dough:

4 cups all-purpose flour

1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) instant yeast

1 ½ cups warm water (110°F)

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp salt

For the Cheeseburger Toppings:

1 lb ground beef

1 lb ground pork (optional, for extra flavor)

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup pickles, sliced

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup lettuce, shredded

¼ cup ketchup

¼ cup mustard

Instructions

Prepare the Pizza Dough:

    - In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.

      - Add olive oil and salt, then gradually mix in the flour until the dough comes together.

        - Knead on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

          - Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

            Cook the Burger Toppings:

              - In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and ground pork (if using). Cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes.

                - Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.

                  - Stir in Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

                    Assemble the Giant Pizza:

                      - Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).

                        - Punch down the risen dough and roll it out on a floured surface into a giant pizza shape (about 18-20 inches in diameter).

                          - Transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet or a pizza stone.

                            Layer the Toppings:

                              - Spread a thin layer of ketchup and mustard over the pizza crust.

                                - Evenly distribute the cooked burger mixture over the sauce.

                                  - Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the burger layer lavishly.

                                    - Add the sliced pickles and diced tomatoes.

                                      Bake:

                                        - Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and melted.

                                          Finish and Serve:

                                            - Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a minute.

                                              - Top with shredded lettuce for crunch, slice into wedges, and serve with additional ketchup and mustard on the side.

                                                Prep Time: 30 minutes | Total Time: 2 hours | Servings: 8-10
