12 oz rigatoni pasta

2 tbsp olive oil

1 lb chicken breast, diced

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sauté until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

      Make Garlic Butter: In the same skillet, reduce the heat to low and add the butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
