4 cups mixed salad greens (e.g., arugula, spinach, romaine)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 medium cucumber, diced

1 cup fresh corn kernels ( cooked or raw)

1 cup diced strawberries

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/4 cup sliced almonds or pecans

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare the vegetables: In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and fresh corn. Toss gently to mix.

    Add the sweetness: Fold in the diced strawberries and crumbled feta cheese to the vegetable mixture.
