Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)

1 cup lump crab meat, picked for shells

1/2 cup shrimp, peeled and diced

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

Prepare the Filling: In a medium bowl, combine the lump crab meat, diced shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, a pinch of salt, and pepper. Mix gently until all ingredients are well combined. Set aside.

Prepare the Salmon Fillets: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Using a sharp knife, carefully create a pocket in each salmon fillet by cutting horizontally through the thickest part, being careful not to cut all the way through.

Stuff the Salmon: Generously fill each salmon pocket with the crab and shrimp mixture, pressing down gently to ensure it's packed in. Place stuffed salmon fillets on a greased baking sheet or a baking dish.

Drizzle with Olive Oil: Lightly drizzle olive oil over the stuffed salmon fillets and season with additional salt and pepper.

Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve elegantly on plates with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor.
