Instructions

Prepare the Shrimp: In a bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and lime juice. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly. Let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes.

Make the Guacamole: In a separate bowl, mash the avocados with a fork. Add lime juice, red onion, jalapeño (if using), cilantro, and salt. Mix until combined and adjust seasoning as desired.

Prepare the Fresh Salsa: In another bowl, combine diced tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño (if using), lime juice, and salt. Mix well and set aside to let the flavors meld.

Cook the Shrimp: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat.

Assemble the Tostadas: Spread a generous layer of guacamole on each tostada shell. Top with a handful of the cooked shrimp and a spoonful of fresh salsa.

Serve: Garnish with extra lime wedges on the side and serve immediately for a fresh and vibrant summer dish.
