Ingredients

2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon gelatin (optional, for firmness)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

Prep the Mango: In a blender, combine the diced mangoes with lemon juice. Blend until smooth and set aside.

Whip the Cream: In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream on medium speed until soft peaks form. Be careful not to overbeat.

Combine Ingredients: Once the cream is whipped, gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well combined.

Add Mango Puree: Fold in the mango puree into the cream mixture until thoroughly blended. If you'd like a firmer mousse, dissolve the gelatin in a tablespoon of warm water, then incorporate it into the mixture.

Chill the Mixture: Spoon the mousse into individual serving glasses or bowls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow it to set.

Garnish and Serve: Before serving, garnish with fresh mint leaves and extra bits of mango, if desired. Serve chilled and enjoy!
