Ingredients
  

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon honey

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried thyme

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until well blended.

    Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for more flavor).

      Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

        Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 15 minutes beforehand to prevent burning.

          Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the chicken is cooked through and has beautiful grill marks. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).

            Once cooked, remove the chicken bites from the grill, allow them to rest for a couple of minutes, then sprinkle with fresh parsley for garnish.

              Serve as an appetizer or pair with a side salad or rice for a complete meal.
