Ingredients

2 cups cooked rotini pasta

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)

1 cup broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rotini pasta, shredded chicken, broccoli, garlic powder, onion powder, half of the Parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.

Pour in the Alfredo sauce and stir until all the ingredients are fully combined.

Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread it evenly across the dish.

Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.

If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for added crunch.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Let the casserole cool for a few minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley if desired before serving.
