Ingredients

2 cups cooked pasta (elbow macaroni or penne works great)

1 cup broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

1 cup diced cooked chicken (optional)

1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes, drained

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup cream of mushroom soup (or any preferred cream soup)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

½ cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)

2 tablespoons olive oil (for drizzling on top)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) while you prepare the casserole.

Prepare the Pasta: If you haven't yet, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Mix the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, broccoli, diced chicken (if using), drained tomatoes, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the pasta mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

Add Topping (optional): If you’d like a crunchy topping, mix the breadcrumbs with the olive oil in a small bowl, then sprinkle it evenly over the casserole.

Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the top is slightly golden.

Serve: Remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy this cheesy delight with family and friends!
