Ingredients

8 cups brewed coffee (use your favorite dairy-free coffee)

1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 cup almond milk (or any other dairy-free milk)

1/2 cup maple syrup or agave syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Vegan whipped cream (for serving)

Dark chocolate shavings or cacao nibs (for garnish)

Instructions

Brew Coffee: Brew your coffee as you normally would, and then pour it into the crock pot.

Add Cocoa Powder: Slowly whisk in the unsweetened cocoa powder until it is fully dissolved in the hot coffee.

Mix in Milk & Sweetener: Stir in the almond milk, maple syrup (or agave syrup), and vanilla extract. If you are using cinnamon, add it now for an extra flavor boost.

Cook on Low: Set your crock pot to low and let the mixture cook for 1–2 hours. This allows the flavors to meld beautifully.

Serve: Once your mocha coffee is ready, serve it in mugs. Top each cup with vegan whipped cream and garnish with dark chocolate shavings or cacao nibs for an extra treat.

Store Leftovers: If you have any leftovers, let the coffee cool and store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Reheat when you're ready to enjoy!
