Ingredients

1 cup cream cheese, softened

½ cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup cotton candy (pink and blue, if desired)

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 cup all-purpose flour

½ cup milk

1 large egg

½ cup sugar (for coating)

1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

Prepare the Cheesecake Filling:

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth. Gently fold in the cotton candy until well incorporated. Set aside.

      Make the Dough:

In another bowl, whisk together the flour and graham cracker crumbs. In a separate bowl, combine the milk and egg. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a smooth dough forms.

          Shape the Bombs:

Take a small piece of the dough (about a tablespoon) and flatten it in your palm. Place about a teaspoon of the cheesecake filling in the center, then fold the dough around the filling to form a ball. Pinch to seal the edges well, ensuring the filling is enclosed. Repeat until all filling and dough are used.

              Prepare for Frying:

In a shallow dish, mix the sugar and cinnamon (if using). Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or fryer over medium heat until hot.

                  Fry the Bombs:

Carefully place a few cheesecake bombs in the hot oil, frying them until they turn golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Make sure not to overcrowd the pan. Use a slotted spoon to remove them and drain on a paper towel.

                      Coat with Sugar:

While still warm, roll the crispy bombs in the sugar mixture to coat evenly.

                          Serve:

Allow them to cool just slightly before serving, and enjoy the explosion of cotton candy cheesecake flavors in every bite!
