Creamy Spinach Bliss Recipe

This creamy spinach bliss recipe is a simple dinner recipe made with everyday ingredients. Perfect for busy days and family meals.

2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/4 cup onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped (optional)

Toasted pine nuts for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Sauté Onions and Garlic: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for about 2-3 minutes until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.

    Add Spinach: Stir in the chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. If you're using sun-dried tomatoes, add them at this stage and mix well.

      Make Creamy Mixture: Reduce heat to low. Add heavy cream, cream cheese, and grated parmesan cheese. Stir continuously until the cheeses melt and the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.

        Season: Sprinkle in nutmeg, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly to combine all the flavors.

          Serve: Once the mixture is heated through, remove from heat. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with toasted pine nuts if desired. Serve warm as a dip, over pasta, or as a delightful side dish.
