For the Chicken:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

For the Pasta:

12 oz twisted pasta (Fusilli or Gemelli)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon butter

Salt, to taste

Fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the twisted pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and toss with a tablespoon of butter. Set aside.

    Sear the Chicken: While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Add chicken to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

      Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and mix well until the sauce is creamy and smooth. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.

        Combine: Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet, allowing it to soak in the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce for a couple of minutes.

          Cheesy Pasta: In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan until the cheese is melted and evenly coated.

            Serve: Plate the cheesy twisted pasta and top it with slices of creamy garlic Parmesan chicken. Garnish with chopped parsley and basil for a fresh touch.
