Creamy Christmas Chicken Casserole: A Festive Delight

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup cooked quinoa or rice

1 cup fresh broccoli florets

1 cup diced carrots

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup garlic croutons (for topping)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked quinoa or rice, broccoli florets, and diced carrots. Mix well.

      In another bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour this mixture over the chicken and vegetable mixture. Stir until everything is well coated.

        Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

          Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the casserole.

            Finally, top the cheese with garlic croutons for a crunchy finish.

              Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and golden on top.

                Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley.

                  Serve warm and enjoy the festive flavors!
