Ingredients

10 cups popped popcorn (about 1/2 cup unpopped kernels)

1 cup white chocolate chips

1/2 cup red and green M&M's

1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies

1/2 cup pecans, chopped

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup festive sprinkles (red, green, and white)

Instructions

Pop the popcorn: Start by popping the popcorn using an air popper or on the stovetop. Once popped, place it in a large bowl, ensuring to remove any unpopped kernels.

Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Be careful not to overheat.

Mix popcorn with chocolate: Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the popped popcorn. Gently fold the popcorn until it's fully coated.

Add festive ingredients: While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle in the red and green M&M's, crushed peppermint candies, chopped pecans, and salt. Add the vanilla extract and stir until evenly distributed.

Lay out and cool: Spread the popcorn mixture onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle the festive sprinkles over the top. Allow it to cool completely so the chocolate can harden.

Break apart and serve: Once cooled, break the popcorn into clusters and transfer to a festive bowl or cellophane bags for gifting.

              Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour | Servings: 8-10
