Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Mix coconut and flour: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut and all-purpose flour. Mix well to ensure even distribution.

      Prepare the wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt until fully combined.

        Combine mixtures: Pour the wet mixture into the coconut and flour mixture, stirring until everything is evenly coated.

          Whip egg whites: In a clean bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form. This should take about 2-3 minutes using an electric mixer.

            Fold in egg whites: Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the coconut mixture until just combined, being careful not to deflate the whites.
