2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Optional: salsa or hot sauce for serving

Prepare the Garlic Mixture: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).

    Mix the Chicken Filling: In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, sautéed garlic, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.

      Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a generous scoop of the chicken mixture in the center, followed by a handful of fresh spinach leaves. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

        Roll the Wrap: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up from the bottom to the top, ensuring the filling is tightly packed inside.
