1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 cups mixed greens (spinach, arugula, romaine)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

¼ cup pickles, sliced

¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced

For the Crispy Potatoes:

2 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Dressing:

½ cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare the Potatoes:

    - Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

      - In a bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

        - Spread the wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.

          - Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

            Make the Burger Patties:

              - In a bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

                - Form the mixture into patties (about 4 patties).

                  - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.

                    Prepare the Dressing:

                      - In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth. Adjust seasonings based on your taste preference.
