2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream

1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce (adjust to taste)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)

1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks for dipping

Instructions
 

Prepare the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), and buffalo hot sauce. Blend until smooth using a hand mixer or a spatula.

      Add Chicken: Fold in the shredded chicken, ensuring it is evenly coated with the creamy mixture.

        Incorporate Cheese: Gently stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and blue cheese (if using) until well mixed.

          Transfer to Baking Dish: Spread the mixture into an even layer in a medium-sized baking dish (9x9 inches or similar).

            Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.

              Garnish: Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions for a fresh touch.

                Serve: Allow it to cool slightly before serving. Pair with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks for a delicious dip experience.
