1 pound of ground beef

12 ounces rotini pasta

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Brown the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon, about 5-7 minutes.

      Sauté Garlic: Add the minced garlic to the skillet with the beef and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not burnt.
