Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)

4 ounces Boursin cheese (herb and garlic flavor)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried dill

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, combine Boursin cheese, lemon juice, minced garlic, dill, salt, and pepper until well blended.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Drizzle olive oil over the top and season with salt and pepper.

Spoon the Boursin cheese mixture evenly over each salmon fillet, spreading it out to cover the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
