  • 4 large eggs fresh and room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika smoked for extra flavor
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for brushing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 270°C (520°F) for about 5 minutes while you prepare the eggs.
  • In a bowl, crack the eggs and add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Whisk gently until just combined, being careful not to overbeat.
  • Brush a small, oven-safe dish or ramekin with olive oil, then pour the egg mixture into the dish and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and chives on top.
  • Carefully place the dish in the air fryer basket and cook at 270°C (520°F) for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set but still a bit soft.
  • Once done, remove the dish from the air fryer and let it sit for a minute to cool slightly before serving.
  • Garnish with additional chives if desired, and serve immediately with toast or fresh salad.
