  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour for dredging
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
  • Set up a dredging station: place the flour in one bowl, the beaten egg in another, and mix the chopped pistachios, panko breadcrumbs, thyme, salt, and pepper in a third bowl.
